IMPORTANT: YaliZo collects precise location data to enable ride booking, matching with nearby drivers, and tracking during trips. This data is collected even when the app is closed or not in use (background location) to ensure safety and accurate fare calculation.

2. Personal Information

• Identity: Name, Mobile Number, and Email.
• Financial: Payment transaction references (processed via secure gateways like Cashfree). We do NOT store CVV or Card PINs.
• Partner Data: Driving license, RC, and bank details for settlements.

10. Account & Data Deletion

In compliance with Google Play policies, users have the right to request deletion of their account and all associated personal data. To request deletion, please email us at globaltechnologiesinfo@yahoo.com with your registered mobile number. Your data will be removed from our active databases within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.
