1. Service Fulfillment
Services provided through the YaliZo platform are fulfilled instantly upon booking confirmation by a verified travel partner.
2. User Eligibility
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating a YaliZo account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
3. Pricing & Payments
Ride fares are calculated based on actual road distance. All online payments are processed through secure authorized payment service providers like Cashfree Payments.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
Please refer to our dedicated Cancellation & Refund Policy for detailed information on fees and processing timelines.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not use the service for fraudulent or unlawful purposes. Any harassment of partners or customers will result in immediate termination of the account.
